JI PIN cold brew its premium whole tea leaves in our special refrigerator for 12 – 15 hours. Cold-brewing draws fewer tannins into the tea compared to hot-brewing. Not only do fewer tannins create a smoother and sweeter tea, they result in more health benefits (look under “Atas”).
Every cup of JI PIN had its “Best before” date printed on its lid seal. However, the date is under the condition that the drink is sealed and kept refrigerated below 4°C.
JI PIN uses selected premium fermented whole tea leaves.
We pledge never to use leaves powder or tea “dust” -small particles of low-quality tea.
JI PIN is the only one in the bubble tea industry to use 100% organic Wildflower Honey (imported from New Zealand or Northern Thailand - depending on seasons) as the sole sweetener in all of our beverages. Manuka honey is also a type of Wildflower honey.
Most in the industry uses honey syrup, sugar cane or artificial sweetener.
Konjac pearl is the tastiest and healthiest among all the toppings in the market. While conventional tapioca pearl is made of starch with lots of sugar and no essential nutrients, Konjac pearl is low-carbs, delicious and comes with a lot of health benefits (look under “Atas”). Also, unlike tapioca pearls, Konjac pearls will not harden in cold water.
Yes, JI PIN uses only real fruit juice in our beverages. You can see passionfruit seeds and other fruit pomace in our drinks. JI PIN does not use syrup or extract.
JI PIN sells its products through vending machines, what we saved on labour and rent, we put it back to using the best ingredients for our beverages.
